Currencies other than Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) are not accepted on the db98 platform. All account balances, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts.

db98 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. By claiming any bonus or participating in any promotion, you agree to be bound by the applicable terms.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining after the settlement of outstanding bets will be returned to the account holder via the last verified payment method, provided no fraud investigation is ongoing. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of any db98 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in civil or criminal liability.

db98 grants registered users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, crawl, data-mine, copy, or otherwise extract any content from the platform for any purpose, commercial or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, db98 expressly excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or anticipated savings arising from the use or inability to use the db98 platform, including losses resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or scheduled maintenance.

Where applicable consumer protection legislation in Bangladesh imposes mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are not affected by these terms.

Where amendments are material — meaning they meaningfully alter player rights or obligations — db98 will provide notice via in-platform notification or email at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or changes to contact details) may take effect immediately without advance notice.
